Le Old School

If you like soggy chicken parmesan, this is not the Sammich for you. Featuring extra crunchy breaded thighs, lightly sauced with our basil marinara sauce, melted homemade mozzarella, and a generous dusting of parmesan on a house-baked roll.

Le New School

This herbivore focused Sammich features our tangy lemon ricotta spinach filling, sautéed mushroom and caramelized onions under a blanket of melted mozzarella.

You’re going to need a forklift to carry this behemoth to the table.

It all begins with garlic aioli oven roasted dough. The first layer is a generous bed of homemade mozzarella. Next is a thin layer of toasted buttery garlic dough. Next comes about a dozen of our signature meatballs, pepperoni, and Italian sausage. Topped with our house basil marinara and Parmesan. Easily feeds 6-8 people.

Some of our meatballs don’t play well with others. These rebels get smothered in marinara and mozzarella, then lovingly wrapped in our homemade buttery garlic dough.

Prefer something lighter or don’t eat meat? No problem. We substitute the meatball with our light citrus ricotta and spinach filling wrapped in our homemade buttery garlic dough.

Le potato things

We mash Yukon gold potatoes with butter, salt and pepper and sour cream. Then we add caramelized garlic and onions and just a hint of cayenne pepper. Then deep-fried till golden brown and crunchy outside, yet remain pillow soft within.

Comes with LeSammich Mozzachedda sauce.
